Buying a used, secondhand car always remember to check the steering rack. Dont be like our dear friend here who didnt check the steering rack and ended up having to fix it up. Havent been posting any driveshaft photos. Today our customer came to do his Mitsubishi Outlander which he runs very heavily due to his construction job. He approached us as his driveshaft was vibrating when he was accelerating.   Upon dismantling we found out that drive shaft constant velocity joint (cv joint) and gear box was badly worn out.   After a 1 to 1 exchange of the old drive shaft for a new reconditioned 1 the problem was solved.

We recommended he change to a new steering rack as he experienced the problem for quite some time already.
